Sales Executive

A Sales Executive in a Study Abroad service is responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and meeting targets. They engage with potential customers, present study abroad options, and close sales. Their goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed clients by providing accurate information and creating personalized solutions.

KRAs:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential students interested in studying abroad, through various channels like calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into applications and signed contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest study abroad programs, visa requirements, and destinations to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide insights to management for improvements.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Engage in effective discussions with students and their families to close sales and offer customized solutions for their study abroad needs.

Counselor for MBBS Abroad & Study Abroad

This role is focused on guiding students who wish to pursue MBBS or other higher education programs abroad. The counselor helps with program selection, application processes, visa guidance, and overall preparation for studying overseas.

KRAs:

  • Student Counseling & Guidance: Provide in-depth consultation for students interested in MBBS and other study abroad programs, helping them choose the right universities, countries, and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, including document collection, application forms, personal statements, and recommendations.
  • Visa and Immigration Support: Assist students in preparing visa applications, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.
  • University Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and colleges abroad to stay updated on their offerings, deadlines, and specific admission requirements.
  • Follow-Up: Regular follow-ups with students to track their application progress and provide ongoing support until departure.
  • Seminars and Webinars: Organize sessions to educate students about opportunities in MBBS programs abroad and the benefits of studying in different countries.
  • Customer Service: Address any student queries regarding program details, visa issues, or accommodation concerns to provide excellent service.

Career Counselor

A Career Counselor helps students understand their career goals and provides guidance on how to achieve them, whether it’s through higher education, internships, or job placement. They assist in skill development and professional growth, offering advice on career paths and job opportunities.

  • Career Assessment: Conduct assessments of students’ skills, interests, and aspirations to provide personalized career advice.
  • Guidance on Education Pathways: Advise students on suitable education paths, including choosing courses, colleges, and international opportunities.
  • Resume and Interview Preparation: Assist students with preparing resumes, cover letters, and provide mock interview sessions to improve their job prospects.
  • Internship and Job Placement Assistance: Help students secure internships or jobs, leveraging a network of employers or partner organizations.
  • Skills Development: Organize workshops and seminars on essential career-related skills, such as networking, time management, and leadership.
  • Job Market Analysis: Stay informed about job market trends, and advise students on in-demand skills and industries.
  • Alumni Engagement: Connect students with alumni who can offer mentorship, advice, and networking opportunities in their desired career fields.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager ensures the smooth functioning of the entire process within a Study Abroad service organization. They oversee the day-to-day operations, including coordinating between teams (sales, counseling, administration), managing logistics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations by overseeing administrative processes, staff workflows, and ensuring timelines are met for all services.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with various teams (Sales, Counseling, Visa Support) to ensure proper alignment and that deadlines are met.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Client Experience Management: Oversee the client journey, ensuring that students receive timely and accurate information, have their concerns addressed, and experience a smooth process from inquiry to departure.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all activities comply with legal, visa, and operational standards and guidelines for study abroad programs.
  • Staff Training & Development: Oversee the training and development of staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, handle financial tracking, and ensure operations stay within the allocated budget.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring that students are satisfied with the entire process and that any issues are resolved promptly.
